2013-08_brsone2.jpgThe NYPD hopes the public can help them identify two people wanted for a brutal robbery that took place earlier this week in the Bronx.

According to police, at around 10:40 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, a 60-year-old man was entering a building on Intervale Avenue. He was followed into the lobby by a male who choked him from behind and then stabbed him before stealing his cellphone. A woman was waiting outside as his lookout.

The victim survived the attack.
