A Staten Island bar has been shamed for thinking Seth MacFarlane is funny. Phunky Elephant "gastropub" in the Rosebank section of the Island recently removed a dessert called a "Roofie Colada," a nod to a "joke" from Family Guy, after a social media campaign called the bar out, reports SI Live. Nothing like a little date rape with your dessert...

The doughnut, ice cream, vodka and whipped cream dish arrived on the bar's menu in June and received a few complaints from patrons spotting the dessert on the menu. It was finally removed following pressure on the bar's Facebook page. "Even with all that whipped cream you can't make a rape joke palatable," wrote one user. Zing! Now somebody please tell the executives at Fox.

In response to the uproar, the bar also issued a statement, saying that they "did not intend to create an impression of reckless or negligent behavior by presenting the desert [sic] at question to our guests nor did we mean to make anyone feel uncomfortable or insulted." Some continued their admonishments, but others thought everyone just needed to chillax. "This is what's wrong with society, I'm sorry, why does everything have to be Politically correct? I'm so tired," wrote one.

"Yo next one should be a Cosby Collada...bang." At press time, this Facebook commenter was in contract to write Season 14 of Family Guy.
