Stephen Baldwin wasn't able to make headlines for surviving Sandy like brave soldier Alec, but it seems he managed to wedge his way into the news by not paying taxes. He was arrested today for allegedly repeatedly failing to file his New York State personal income tax returns from 2008-2010.

Prosecutors in Rockland County says the youngest (and hippest) Baldwin owes the government over $350,000, and could face up to four years in prison. Baldwin, who filed for bankruptcy in 2009, pled not guilty in court today and will not reappear until Feb. 5.

Until then, though, we assume the one-time mayoral hopeful will start scrounging for whatever cash he stashed post-Shark in Venice's big payout.
